Abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness on the fatigue diminution from full body Meridian massage, comparing the 2 groups, one as a comparing group and the other as an experimental Vinegar diet group. Through the massage, in the subjective response, 5 in a comparing group (62.5%) and 7 in an experimental group felt a little tired or never. While the blood Lactic acid density decreased 9.5% in the comparing group and 11.4% in the experimental group, this¡¯s similar trend to the fatigue degree. The Cortisol increased only in the experimental group, by 100%. The Norepinephrine did by 60%, but the Epinephrine showed same with the comparing group. Therefore the Vinegar resolves the Lactic acid, and increased the Cortisol and the Norepinephrine. So it seems to help the fatigue recovery. And just with the Vinegar diet, superoxide dismutase (SOD) grows by 127%, after the massage, reached to even 217%. biological antioxidant potential (BAP) grows by 75%, after the massage, increased 28% more than the comparing group did. By the way, glutathione peroxidase (GPx) density decreased by 17% after the Vinegar diet, after massage, decremented by 35%. It seems to induce the catalase (CAT). These antioxidative activities growth increased diacron reactive oxygen metabolites (d-ROMs) 5% in the comparing group but just 1% in the experimental group. From this, the Vinegar diet seems to be very effective to reduce the fatigue after full body Meridian massage.
